Luis Gutierrez

Luis Gutierrez is the Director of GlobeTax’s Recovery Services department. In this role, he directs the Reclaim Services and MIDAS^® Relief at Source teams, helping deliver GlobeTax’s outsourcing solutions to participants throughout the custody chain.

Luis joined GlobeTax in 2005 as a Reclaim Services Associate and has steadily rose through a number of management roles in the firm’s operations division. From his experience as both associate and manager, he brings a wealth of knowledge in bilateral treaties, operational efficiency, and business strategy.
