Director Client Services
Jessie Fermin has managed GlobeTax’s Client Services team for eight years. She initially joined GlobeTax in 2002 as an intern and later became a member of our Recovery Services department in an operational role. In her current position she works alongside the Sales, Relationship Management and Recovery Services teams to ensure the accurate creation, reporting and monitoring of enrollment documents. In addition, her team processes certificate of residency requests for U.S. and international clients, and facilitates the onboarding process for MIDAS® and long form clients.
