GlobeTax Appointed as Agent for Depositary JPMorgan

Effective immediately, JPMorgan as Depositary has appointed GlobeTax as their successor agent for ADR withholding tax, as per the following guidelines:

1. GlobeTax will serve as withholding tax agent and publish Important Notices for events in Denmark, France, Japan, Norway, South Africa, Sweden and Switzerland.
2. GlobeTax will also serve as agent for any claims that have not yet been filed by Goal Group. GlobeTax is actively working with Goal to coordinate the transition of these claims
   1. This includes all claims that are approaching the statute of limitations
   2. All transitioned claims will be added to ESP reporting; claims approaching statute will be given priority.
      1. View claims by logging into ESP, selecting “View Reports,” and using the “Claims” section to search. Please note that historic payments on these events may not be available through ESP.
   3. GlobeTax will review transitioning claims for completeness but will not require an ESP submission or new cover letter. Inaccurate cover letters will need to be corrected, however.
   4. All unfiled long form claims on historic events in the following markets should be filed through ESP: Denmark, France, Japan, Norway, South Africa, Sweden and Switzerland.
3. GlobeTax will not report on the status of claims that Goal filed into the local market prior to this transition. Goal Group will be responsible for obtaining those refunds and making the appropriate payments.
