Please be assured that your information will only be used for the purpose of cross border tax reclamation and creating and obtaining the information and documentation required for that. We will not otherwise sell, distribute, use or misuse you information or documentation. We will not contact you except in reference to obtaining the required information and documentation to facilitate you cross border tax reclaims.

• You represent that the information provided is correct to the best of you knowledge and accept that GlobeTax will rely on that information. GlobeTax reserves the right to refuse to file, cancel a filed reclaim, and or return any monies recovered if it discovers that the information provided was incorrect. You will indemnify GlobeTax for any damage, including fines, imposed on GlobeTax based on information you provide not being correct.
• GlobeTax will make a good faith effort to obtain cross border reclaims based upon the information provide by you to this site and the documentation received by GlobeTax. GlobeTax makes no representation that it will be able to obtain any monies.
• Failure to return all requested documentation may lead to delays and/or loss of reclaim eligibility.
• Access to this site may be suspended temporarily or permanently and without notice.
• While GlobeTax will endeavor to ensure that the information on this site is correct, no warranty, express or implied, is given as to its accuracy and GlobeTax does not accept any liability for error or omission.
• GlobeTax will not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business or loss of profits) arising in contract, tort or otherwise from the use of or inability to use this site, or any material contained in it, or from any action or decision taken as a result of using this site or any such material.

GlobeTax reserves the right to disclose to the applicable divisions of the government of the United States of a match with such lists, including confirming if a match is correctly determined.
• These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time by GlobeTax and that such change will be effective upon being posted here and may be made retroactive.
• If any portion of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable the remainder will survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.  
• These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York and the United States without regard to New York’s conflict of law statutes and rules. By using this site you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York and the U.S. Federal Courts of the Southern District of New York and the courts of appeal therefrom. This, however, will not bar GlobeTax from pursuing a claim for breach of contract, copyright infringement or otherwise in respect of these Terms and Conditions or this site in any other jurisdiction.
