For members of the SWIFT community, GlobeTax operates the Tax Reclaim Service Bureau (TRSB). This dedicated service bureau enables SWIFT users to submit documentation and file reclaims efficiently and securely using ISO formatted message types and FileAct. The Tax Reclaim Service Bureau is an approved Service Bureau on the SWIFT network.
Subscribers send income and beneficial owner data securely over the SWIFT network directly to the Tax Reclaim Service Bureau. TRSB will assess entitlements on a per-client, per-event basis and manage a relief at source process or pre-populate all necessary forms for long form claim submission. Once claims have been filed, the Tax Reclaim Service Bureau will provide regular reports on reclaim status through SWIFT. Reclaimed funds are credited directly to the client account upon receipt.
